Model Number MDL30 and MDL55 Pulse-Jet Filter
Description The MDL30 PFC and the MDL55 PFC are ideal for cleaning up fine powders such as Powder Paints. Similar to our standard Air Vac this one is equipped with a push button pulse filter cleaning mechanism that cleans the filter and keeps the performance of the vacuum cleaner at a maximum level.

  • Manual Pulse Filter Cleaning with air reservoir, pulse button, regulator and gauge
  • Noise muffler and guard for sound levels below 80 dbA
  • Manual HP air control valve
  • Adjustable orifice assembly for vacuum control 8" Hg. - 16" Hg.
  • Extra Large PTFE(Teflon) coated washable internal dust filter rated 99.9% efficient @ 1 micron.
  • Vacuum Equalizer Kit for poly bag loading
  • 1.5" Material inlet
  • Carbon steel construction with blue powder coat finish
  • Collection Container: (Supplied separately, see Optional Equipment)
  • Cover unit fits any minimum 16 gauge, 30 gallon steel drum
