• Extra-large spunbond polyester cartridge filter with 50 square feet of filter area. Media rated 99.9% @ 1micron particle size.
• Convenient manual push-button pulse-jet filter cleaning. Includes air reservoir, pressure regulator / filter / gauge package.
• Flexible design allows either drum dolly or skid under the collection container. Also allows 180-degree access for forklift or operator to remove the collection drum.
• Collection system includes a 55-gallon steel drum with heavy-duty drum dolly with (4) 4” swivel casters.
• No discharge valve or cone section! No discharge problems!
• Unique lifting frame with hydraulic jack mechanism to raise / lower filter housing to remove collection container.
• Structural steel floor-standing frame with integral mounting for vacuum producer.
• Quiet 8.5HP continuous-duty TEFC motor, 230V or 460V, 3-phase, directly-coupled to impeller on vacuum producer. No belts or gears to maintain.
