| Description |
Model 1500FP is a continuous-duty
industrial vacuum using state-of-the-art pulse jet filter cleaning
technology and filter media for fine powders in both portable or stationary
(central vac) applications. It can support five (5) operators with
1.5" hoses and tools, or three (3) operators with 2" hoses and tools.
It is the only portable vacuum with a standard 55-gallon drum collection
container for easy disposal and material handling of collected materials. |
| Features |
STANDARD EQUIPMENT:
- Tangential inlet with internal cone for maximum separation of
incoming powders.
- Four (4) cartridge filters, total 100 square feet of filter
area, PTFE high efficiency filter media rated 99.9% efficient
at 1 micron. Each cartridge is pulsed individually in a sequence,
for maximum cleaning efficiency, which continues as long as the
vacuum is running. Includes two complete off-line cleaning cycles
when vacuum is shut-down.
Secondary cartridge filter located ahead of the vacuum pump
- NEMA 4 control panel with master power disconnect, magnetic
motor starter with thermal overload protection, micro-PLC controller
for pulse filter cleaning and optional high level probe. Includes
Illuminated "Start" pushbutton and mushroom-type emergency stop
button, and 1/4" compressed air regulator / gauge / filter assembly.
- Continuous-duty vacuum producer: direct-drive, oil-free regenerative
exhauster, cast aluminum impeller and housing, TEFC, 3600 RPM
- Vacuum relief valve with silencer and vacuum gauge
- Flexible electrical cord, 3 conductor, (with out plug) x 25'
long
- Removable collection container (standard 55-gallon steel drum)
on a heavy-duty drum dolly with (4) 4" swivel casters
- Heavy-duty mechanical lifting and lower device for collection
container
- Sound proofing for noise levels of less than 90 dbA @ 10 ft.
- Heavy-duty frame assembly with (2) 14" diameter wheels and
(1) 6" diameter dual swivel castor with towbar handle.
- Carbon steel construction with blue powder coat finish
