Sander Specification
- 12,000 RPM Full-Floating Rotor generates less friction and keeps
pad flat to the surface. (10,000 RPM special order)
- Aluminum housing with shock absorbing grip.

Swivel vacuum hose connection to the sander and quick-disconnect fitting
for compressed air.
- Hook & Loop abrasive fastening
system for quick and easy pad change
- Compact size with low center of gravity.
- Variable speed controller located on the tool
for comfortable one hand operation.
- Inline dust path keeps
dust out of the environment and away from workers.
- Utilize VA C-U-MAX Abrasive pads (sold separately) with 870 holes per
square inch (open area to capture dust).
- Each Sander consumes 17scfm of compressed air
at 90 PSIG.

Hose support belts are available
to provide improved ergonomics for operators. Vacuum and air hose
lines are hooked to the belt to relieve back and arm stress resulting
from repetitive motion. It also includes a wrist strap for further
hose support closer to the sander. Waist belt available in two sizes:
46"and under (SC-HSB1) and 46"and over (SC-HSB2). |

Each kit includes one (1) dust-free
vacuum-ready sander with hook and loop backing pad, vacuum hose and
tethered 1/4" compressed
air hose with quick disconnect fitting
* Vacuum end of hose is fitted
with 1-1/2" ID hose
cuff, final 5' of vacuum hose at sander end is 3/4" for ease of
movement and flexibility. Abrasive Media is Aluminum Oxide Grit (250
sheets per box)
